Lately, however, and also adds unfortunately, there is a word in particular, is increasingly on the lips of the Italians, and has a negative meaning: stalking. Stalking
means "stalk", and indicates above all passionate motivated prosecutions.
In February 2009 came into force on a bill that makes stalking a crime.
Practically anyone bother a person so haunting and insistent, anxiety or fear provoking trouble, faces up to four years in prison, in addition to a restraining order.
